Let's Celebrate Easter Every Day!

Easter is often celebrated with egg hunts, chocolate bunnies, and baskets. It's a fun holiday and a very significant one well. Easter is all about God's love. Because He lives, we have hope. No matter what we are going through, we can overcome with His help. Because He lives, we have an eternal love that heals, comforts, and fills us with purpose and peace. Receive His love today and you will have something to celebrate every day!

Welcome!

After years of reading and learning as much as I could about depression and other emotional problems, I switched gears and started focusing on a more positive approach to helping people. I found that people want more than symptom relief, validation, comfort, or an understanding of why they are unhappy or not living up to their potential. They want to have real joy, love, and peace in their lives. So I embarked on a new venture. I decided that I would share everything I know and continue to learn about true happiness.

Why would I do this? For one, it is important to me. I know what it is like to live below my potential and to be unhappy. I also know what it is like to live with true joy, love, peace, and purpose. And that is where I am today. I can say I am truly happy. But it didn’t just happen suddenly. I had to change some things in my life. Actually, quite a few things had to change like my attitude, thinking, and behavior. I had to take responsibility for my own life choices and happiness. I had to make an effort and practice what I know is right and good for me. And I believe that anyone else can do the same thing and be happy for life.

One of the greatest truths I have learned is that happiness is a lifestyle. Regardless of our genetic makeup or circumstances, we can be happy. We can enjoy life. We can have an abiding peace that can not be shaken. We can walk in love that connects us and draws us closer to others than ever before, a love that sets us free, and satisfies our deepest longings.

I hope you enjoy it and come back often as I will continue to share my thoughts about happiness, love, and peace.
